1. Overview of Services

Hyper AI provides access to premium AI models such as Veo 3, which costs $6 (USD) per video in the global market. We offer this service at an affordable rate: ₹2499 per month with up to 50 video generations per day.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Mistaken Purchase: Users are eligible for a full refund only if the purchase was made by mistake, no generation was made, and the refund is requested within 24 hours of payment.
  • Usage: If the user has generated even one video or used any AI service, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Actual Market Cost Policy

Each video generation through Veo 3 costs $6 USD (approx. ₹500 INR) in the global market. Users are given a heavy discount through our ₹2499/month plan.

  • If a user generates videos whose market value exceeds what they paid (e.g., 6 videos = $36), the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice and without refund.
  • This is done to protect our platform from abuse and unsustainable use.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once any service is used (even 1 video/image generation).
  • If refund request is made after 24 hours of payment without usage-based eligibility.
  • If the user’s generated content has already exceeded the price they paid based on actual market rates.
  • If the user violates our fair usage or terms.
  • If the platform shuts down and the user has already consumed services worth more than their payment.

5. Account Suspension and Abuse

We may suspend or permanently disable user accounts without notice in cases of:

  • Excessive usage that exceeds market value compared to what was paid.
  • Fraudulent activity, exploitation, or misuse of the system.
  • Violation of Hyper AI’s terms or refund policy.

No refunds will be given in these scenarios.

  • Requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

7. Final Decision and Changes

All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Hyper AI. We may update or modify this refund policy at any time without notice. The last updated date will reflect the most recent version.
